Amalfi Ristorante

Amalfi is my favorite place to eat because there are so many great things to choose from. When the weather is nice, you have the choice to dine outside, or inside. Once inside, you are greeted by the aroma of a wood oven. They also have an espresso bar and a glass case with pastries and gelato on display.

I’ve tried several items on their menu— steak, pasta, salad, desert, and even pizza. The pizza is delicious, fresh, and unlike any pizza you would get at another Italian restaurant because the pizzas are cooked in a wood oven. The filet mignon with mushroom sauce is also one of my favorites.

The atmosphere is both inviting and care free. This place always makes me smile. Since the seating is plentiful, you’re sure to find a quiet spot for a little privacy. You can feel comfortable sitting down for a full course meal, or just dropping in for some gelato and coffee. The service is great no matter what you’re there for, and that’s a hard characteristic to find. On average, Charlie and I dine at Amalfi about once a month, but there have been times when we’ve dined there every week!

Amalfi gets four stars from Geraldine!
